Flaming Strawberries and Bananas over Ice Cream and Pound Cake - August 19, 2005

Ingredients:
- 4 Ripe Bananas (sliced)
- 1 Pint Strawberries (quartered)
- 1/2 Gal. Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 Lb. Sara Lee Pound Cake (cut into 12 slices)
- 4 oz. Butter
- 8 oz. Brown Sugar
- 4 oz. Grand Marnier

Directions:
- Melt butter in a saute' pan.
- Add the brown sugar and heat until dissolved.
- Add the bananas and strawberries to the satue' pan and cook for approximately 3 minutes.
- While the bananas and strawberries are cooking, arrange 2 slices of pound cake onto each plate per person you will be serving.
- Scoop vanilla ice cream onto the pound cake and place the plates in front of your guests.
- Add the Grand Marnier to the strawberries and bananas.
- When the Grand Marnier gets hot enough, it will catch on fire. When the fire goes out, spoon the mixture over the ice cream on each person's plate.
