Directions:
Very important to taste for seasoning and adjust as needed-this sauce should be gentle to your pallet and creamy and smooth. The garlic and lemon should pop together, the blacken mix should give it depth if it seems a little bland add salt and pepper. This recipe can be made ahead and heated on the stove before using. It is excellent on fish or any chicken. Serves 4 |
