A Garden City man is dead after a two car accident on Christmas Day.

Matthew Anderson was traveling on US-83 when he tried to pass on a two lane road, he realized it was too late, he tried to move back over then wrecked his car along with another.

Anderson, 27, died at a local hospital. The two men he crashed into, Robert and Martin Heilman both survived and are at a local hospital with injuries.
