Just before 9:00 a.m. today, the Walgreen's store at Central and Maize Road in west Wichita was robbed.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 55 years old, 5'11", medium build, and wearing blue pajama pants and a blue hat. He was said to have been carrying a gun in a cardboard box.

Narcotics from the pharmacy were the only things taken.

Following the robbery, the suspect fled on foot, traveling north to a late-model, silver Buick Century or Pontiac Bonneville, which was parked behind some vans in the Dillon's parking lot next to the Walgreen's.

No injuries were reported, and no arrest has been made.
