Six people were arrested after a DUI crackdown in east Wichita over the weekend.

The Sedgwick county sheriff’s department stopped 568 cars during the three-hour operation near Kellogg and Greenwich Saturday night.

Three people were arrested on suspicion of DUI, two others on drug-related charges, and one person was booked on a traffic violation. Officers issued 15 other citations for traffic violations.
