An election race that ended in a tie is finally decided in Greeley County.
It was an unusual race, dealing with sellng liquor by the drink. The Greeley County Clerk says the measure has passed after provisional ballots were counted.
The vote passed 345 to 341.
Greeley can now sell liquor by the drink.
