The election may be over, but not all the results are in...Including those that some believe could effect the very close school bond decision.

Election workers at the Sedgwick County Election Commissioner's office are busy reviewing 7,100 provisional ballots. They're issued to voters if there is any question about a voter's status. Later they are researched and if all is on the up and up those numbers are added to election totals by the county.

It's not impossible for these ballots to change the outcome of a particularly close race. The school bond issue came down to about 1,600 votes.

Some voters are complaining of difficulties they had while voting for the bond issue yesterday. Willie Goever says his electronic ballot did not include the bond issue question, and records had him living outside district 259.

He has lived in the same house for 21 years.

Election officials say they have received calls from people with similar problems but that every one will be reviewed with all the other provisional ballots. They also say those votes usually do not change the original outcome of the election.

The election commission will hand over their results to the Board of Canvasses to review and certify Monday morning.
