Kansas Liquor Vote Ends In A Tie

Greeley County people who want to know if they'll be able to buy liquor by the drink will have to wait a few more days.

Last night's vote on allowing liquor by the drink finished in a dead heat--340 for, 340 against.

The Greeley County Clerk said there are 9 to 12 provisional ballots that will likely determine the outcome. Those ballots will be counted on Friday.

Similar measures in Edwards and Grant Counties passed last night.
