Bricks Thrown Into Obama's Kansas City Office

Police say someone threw bricks through windows at the Kansas City headquarters for Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama.

The Kansas City Star reports on its Web site that the incident occurred about 2:45 a.m. Wednesday. Police say the bricks had "false hope" and "means social war" written on them.

Two teenage campaign workers reported the incident. They told police they were working late when they heard someone mumbling outside and then glass breaking.

Investigators are trying to determine whether any video cameras in the area recorded the incident.
