A half-hour Barack Obama campaign ad will blanket the major broadcast networks tomorrow night, except for ABC.
People familiar with discussions between the network and the Obama campaign say that ABC tried to reach an agreement on airing the commercial on a different night, but it didn't work out.
By the time ABC had decided tomorrow night was OK, the campaign
had already finalized its ad buy.
The 30-minute spot is scheduled to run on CBS, NBC, Univision,
BET, MSNBC and TV One.
A campaign spokesman says the "program" will present "the specifics of Obama's plans to turn the economy around and get the country back on track."
