A university outside Philadelphia is teaching a class on the ethics of taking cell phone pictures.

Communications professor Sean Flannery at Immaculata University says the class covers issues like voyeurism, citizen journalism and the difference between public and private places.

Professional photographer Hunter Martin also teaches students composition, lighting and editing.

Flannery says it's important for students to realize "the full gravity of what's at their fingertips and the power they can have."
