NEW YORK -- New York City police say a 16-year-old is in custody after a shooting at a popular Manhattan skating rink that left two people wounded and the ice splattered with blood.
Police are questioning the suspect and charges against him are pending.
A 14-year-old boy was hit in the back and a 20-year-old man was struck in the arm as the gunman sprayed the Bryant Park rink with bullets late Saturday.
The popular park is between Fifth and Sixth avenues, behind the New York Public Library.
On Sunday, the grassy park was back to normal -- filled with skaters and other visitors enjoying a mellow, sunny day.
