Washington -- The FBI is asking for the public's help in identifying the man pictured in these photos.

The suspect is alleged to be involved in the exploitation and sexual abuse of a child. The photos were taken from a video that was reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in November of 2012.

The suspect, known only as John Doe 28, is believed to be in his 30s or 40s, with a receding hairline and wearing wire-framed glasses.

In the images the suspect appeared with a child victim inside a residence with what appears to be a blue sofa chair and a picture hanging on a wall in the background. The man is wearing a burgundy t-shirt with what appears to be a shark logo on the left side.
