The Justice Department has unsealed a lengthy indictment charging five Blackwater Worldwide security guards with 14 counts of manslaughter and numerous other charges.

A sixth guard has admitted in a plea deal to killing at least
one Iraqi in a deadly 2007 shooting in Baghdad.

The indictments cap a lengthy investigation into a shooting that
strained diplomatic relations with Iraq and fueled anti-American
sentiment abroad.

The Justice Department plans a news conference on the
indictments later Monday.
