Former Air Guardsman sentenced for wire fraud

Wichita, Kan. -- A former Air National Guardsman stationed at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita has been sentenced for wire fraud.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says 29-year-old Eledria J. Bradley was convicted earlier this year on one count of wire fraud. During her trial, prosecutors presented evidence that Bradley who lived in Wichita, received over $50,000 in travel reimbursements from the Air Force while claiming her primary residence as Arizona.

from April 22, 2009, to April 23, 2011, she received lodging and per diem benefits totaling $54,992. Bradley has been ordered to pay that amount back in restitution.

She was also ordered to serve 3 years on federal probation.
