Air Force Cadet Has Hearing On Rape Charge

The last of three Air Force Academy cadets charged with sexual misconduct faces a hearing to determine whether he will be court-martialed.
An Article 32 hearing was scheduled Tuesday for Robert M. Evenson Jr. at Peterson Air Force Base.
Evenson is charged with rape. The academy announced the charge in January along with sexual misconduct charges against two other cadets stemming from unrelated incidents between February 2010 and May 2011.
