Town Hall Scheduled On Underage Drinking

Raising awareness about the dangers of underage drinking is the focus of a town hall scheduled for next week in Wichita.
The Mayor's Youth Council will hold a town hall meeting on the issue next week, with panelists including members of the city council, Wichita Police Department and USD 259.
The meeting is scheduled for next Tuesday, January 15th in the council chambers of City Hall, located at 455 N. Main. It will run from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
The MYC is made up of about 30 youth from Wichita-area high schools interested in local government, healthy living and volunteering.
