The Kansas Supreme Court has upheld the conviction for a man charged with murder.
Terral Breedlove was found guilty of shooting Rigoberto Garcia to death outside a Southeast Wichita grocery store in 1995.
Breedlove had been tried and convicted for the murder twice. His first conviction in 1997 was overturned by the Kansas Supreme Court.
But a unanimous decision upheld the retrial conviction from 2009.
Breedlove is serving a life in prison sentence.
