Salina Woman Sentenced For Embezzlement

A Salina woman has been sentenced for embezzling from her employer.
Forty one-year-old Jill Marie Gregg was sentenced to one year in federal prison and must pay $574,000 in restitution after pleading guilty to wire fraud.
Gregg admitted in her plea that as office manager, she embezzled money from Crane Rental of Salina from July 2010 until she was fired in November 2011.
According to the U.S. attorney's office, she used the company's bank account to pay her personal debts.
