Atchison County deputies said the Silver Alert for a missing 63-year-old man has been canceled after the man was found dead.
Raymond O. Lindsey didn't show up for an appointment at a hospital in Leavenworth on Thursday and family members said they had been worried he might harm himself. Authorities issued a Silver Alert on Friday afternoon.
KMBC reports that officials said they had found his vehicle parked on private property and found Lindsey dead inside.
No foul play is suspected.

Atchison County authorities are looking for a 63-year-old man who never showed up for an appointment at the Leavenworth VA.
A Silver Alert was issued Friday for Raymond Oscar Lindsey.
Lindsey never showed up for an appointment at the Veterans hospital in Leavenworth on Thursday, according to officials.
Lindsey has several tattoos and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a tee shirt, dark colored jacket and baseball hat.
He was last seen driving a 1989 model Ford Ranger. The truck is cream/beige in color with handicap tag 65061B.
According to authorities, Lindsey has not been taking his depression medication and has a history of attempting to harm himself.
Family members have been unable to locate two .22 caliber pistols and Lindsey left his cell phone at home.
