A Missouri woman is behind bars, jailed on numerous sex crimes, including unlawful sex acts with a dog.

The Macon County sheriff’s office arrested Christina Spaid, 34, Thursday. KTVO reports Spaid is charged with felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child, statutory sodomy, and use of a child in a sexual performance. Court documents said the child was a 15 to 16-year-old girl. She also faces a misdemeanor count of unlawful sex with an animal.

Spaid admitted to the sex acts against a relative and with an animal. She told detectives she did it at the request of her husband, who was present during the acts. Billie Spaid, 35, is also currently facing federal sex-related charges. KHQA reports he is facing one count of child endangerment, as well as two counts of child pornography.
Both were charged earlier this year on similar charges, but prosecutors dropped the case to continue the investigation.

Christina Spaid remains jailed on a $9,000 cash-only bond.

The FBI assisted in the year-long investigation.
