A man's pants were taken in an unusual robbery at a Wichita hotel early yesterday morning.

It happened just before 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Days Inn, located at 7300 E. Kellogg.

Five people were in one of the hotel rooms including a man, two women, a 16-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy when two people came to the door.

At the door was a man and woman, and once inside both pulled out handguns. The man with the gun asked about a cell phone, then told the other man in the room to remove his pants.

He took the pants and both suspects left. No one was hurt.

The male suspect was described as a black man, approximately 20 to 25 years old, about 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighed 200 pounds. He was wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, and was armed with a black handgun. He may go by the nickname of 'Trip.'

The other suspect was described as a black woman, also about 20 to 25 years old, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed about 220 pounds. She was wearing a brown coat, white shirt, blue jeans and was carrying a silver revolver.
