Man Killed In Smith County Rollover

A man has died following a rollover accident in north central Kansas.
The accident happened at about 3 p.m. Monday afternoon on K-8 eight miles north of Athol in Smith County.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 59-year-old Larry Williams of Paris, Kentucky was traveling northbound when he veered to the east side of the road, overcorrected, and went off the west side of the road, rolling his utility truck.
Williams was transported to a nearby hospital, then transferred to a hospital in Kearney, Nebraska where he later died.
No one else was in the truck, and no other vehicles were involved.
