The ex-wife of one of the suspects in the Jennifer Heckel murder case has been formally charged with felony perjury. Dana Craig, ex-wife of Billie Joe Craig, was arrested last week.

The perjury charge stems from testimony Dana Craig gave during the preliminary hearing for Billie Joe Craig and Charles Christopher Logsdon concerning her ex-husband's whereabouts on the night Heckel was killed. A Reno County judge ruled there is enough evidence to send both men to trial for first-degree murder.

Dana Craig is scheduled for a status hearing on Feb. 29.
