One person has received potentially serious injuries after an accident in east Wichita.
It happened on the 13th Street ramp to Interstate-135 just after 8 a.m. Friday.
Dispatchers said a car struck a pole. The driver was trapped inside the car for several minutes. Crews used the jaws of life to pull the woman from the vehicle. A 20-year-old woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
No one else was hurt.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
