One of the major suppliers to the aerospace industry was in Wichita Monday hunting for talent at a job fair. B/E Aerospace has work sites all over the world, including Wichita. Company leaders know the Air Capital is a great place to find the skilled people it needs for its growing business.

B/E Aerospace Talent Acquisition Manager Nicole Huque says they've had success finding talent in Wichita before and they expect to again.

"We are actually looking for talent that's experienced within the aerospace industry. We do have a number of positions that require a professional level of some type of work experience," said Huque.

B/E Aerospace is a large supplier with operations around the globe, including Asia. That attracted applicant Iris Depriest to the job fair.

"Singapore is where I came from. and I can speak six or seven languages. I hope I can get a job," said Depriest.

The available jobs are spread out across the country. There are only about five openings at their Wichita site and 20 in Lenexa but most are out of state.
