I would like to address The jayhawk from lawrence when I say clearly you have been been in this type of danger so why would you question what he did. Who cares if he only pushed on alarm . You are stupid.

By law you have to shoot to kill. If you pull your gun you have to feel that your life is endangered. By shooting him in the leg the pharm could of been charged. If you do not like the law then fight to get it changed.

The flip side, there are those who's hearts are aching from the loss of a son, grandson, brother, uncle and husband. Thinking when someone is shooting at your head they are shooting to kill. Those that knew Alex understand what I am saying. Can this be put to rest already? There are those that are hurting enough why keep being reminded that this killing is "justified"?

It says pharmacist one hit the alarm after the robber was shot. What happened to hitting the alarm when they realized they were being robbed? And why did the pharmacist aim for the head? Still a tragic situation for all involved.

The LTC facility I work for has the pleaseure of working closely with Tom. He is very honest and kind, I'm sure he only did what he had to when he felt his life and the lives of his employees was in danger. Can't say I wouldn't do the same thing if ever in that situation.
