I knew she was going to use (the batered wife or daughter excuse) well im sure she will get off cuz she is a woman, lets see the proof of sexual assult cuz the only proof i see is of murder.

Where in the story does it say he committed any sexual crimes in the story? It just says the 16 year old girl was in the haouse and he wife was being charged with second degree murder. Unless you live in that home, you have no way to know for sure what happened. The fact is she shot him in the head resulting in his eventual death. It doesn't matter what her testimony is being she killed a man.

You are completely right Anon @ 1:20pm, let's let the Dad commit sexual crimes against the daughter. Is your motto "it's all in the family"? I'm sure his repeated actions were simply lapses in judgement. I'm worried about actual criminals getting prosecuted. Enough talk, just wait until her testimony hits the press, heads will roll.

Regardless of what the guy did, she shot and killed him. Being she shot him in the head shows it was premeditated. Now she can put her big girl panties on and put herself on the mercy of the court. I hope she gets punished to the fullest extent the law will allow.

Well when the husband does bad things "inappropiate touching" among other things, the mother WILL STAND UP FOR HER CHILD. I guess I'm glad to see a mother actually defending the child. There are stories that the other parent enables bad things to happen to a kid.

Ok I have heard this story over and over, but WHY did she shoot him. Do we know this yet? Guess I never heard why, if he brought it on himself or if she flipped a switch and he didn't do anything.

Well I guess the people who were congratulating this woman before all the facts came out must feel pretty stupid now.

"Her husband, 44-year-old John Hazelton died at the hospital in critical condition where he later died." Must be that Wichita Public School education.... ....but seriously, this is supposed to be a professional company at least proof read before you post the story.
