Man Killed In Sumner County Car Crash
A 46 year-old man has died from injuries he suffered in a car accident just before 11pm Friday night in Sumner County.

A 46 year-old man was critically injured in a car accident just before 11pm Friday night in Sumner County.
Russell W. Engel of Caldwell was rushed to Via Christi-St. Francis hospital in Wichita where he later died of his injuries.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the man was injured when the car he was driving westbound on US166 at Rock Rd crossed the centerline and struck a semi-truck on the driver's side of the cab.
The driver of the semi-truck was not injured.
