Ark City Man Charged In Sanderholm Death
Prosecutors today charged an Ark City man with the murder of Jodi Sanderholm. 23-year-old Justin Thurber is charged with Capital murder, Rape and aggravated kidnapping. Thurber was arrested last week on unrelated charges. Investigators believe Thurber kidnapped Sanderholm following a dance practice January 5th.

January 17--Prosecutors today charged an Ark City man with the murder of Jodi Sanderholm. 23-year-old Justin Thurber is charged with Capital murder, Rape and aggravated kidnapping.
Thurber was arrested last week on unrelated charges. Investigators believe Thurber kidnapped Sanderholm following a dance practice January 5th.
Thurber is being held on a $1 million bond. He is scheduled to be in court this afternoon.
