Search teams are back out over clear blue waters in hopes of finding some of the dozens of missing Haitian migrants from a shipwreck off the Turks and Caicos Islands.

But authorities say hopes are dimming of finding more survivors.

The handmade sailboat had about 200 people aboard when it splintered on a reef earlier this week, spilling its passengers into the rough seas.

More than 100 people were rescued after clinging for hours to wreckage or razor-sharp reefs. Searchers have also recovered 15 bodies.

Authorities say the outlook for more survivors isn't bright. They say anyone still in the water would be struggling with 23 mph winds and six-foot waves.
