I believe with Anonymous, the girls mother should be held accountable also. I grew up in an abusive home and my mother saw it, you can't help but see it. My mother got me out of there, this lady should of gotten her out of there also. She is just as responsible as the man who killed her. She should not have the right to call herself a mother, she is not one in any sense of the word.

Please bring back the death penalty for people like this! I don't ant to support him for the rest of his life!! I also think Laudermilk should be held accountable for not saying anything. She witnessed what he was doing!! She is just as guilty!

One more reason no one should have a child unless they pass a test and show they can care for it without state assistance. Come on! You have to have a license to drive and you have to have decent credit to buy a house, but anyone can be a sperm donor.

Mothers this is a wake up call for you!!! Take care of your children, and be careful who you leave the babies with-even if they are the sperm donor! If you cant care for them, give them up for adoption to a loving home, rather than a crack head father that cant even care for themself!

another 40,000 a year to keep this guy locked up? what a joke. keep on paying them taxes.

yes.. may this man be sentenced to the same painful death he showed his own daughter! if i was in prison with this man i would beat him like he did her!

How awful this sweet little girl died at the hands of one of the people who was SUPPOSED to love and protect her. I will say this, Lloyd may have been the sperm donor, but by NO means was he her father, a father could never be so cruel. God Bless you Chavira...

The death penalty would be great but-----WE KNOW THAT KANSAS WILL NEVER USE THE DEATH PENALTY. IT IS NOTHING BUT A BIG JOKE IN THE STATE OF KANSAS!!!

How can this guy still keep saying he lost her outside?? when she was found stuffed in a pillowcase and trashbags in the attic? she didn't do that to herself. i hope he gets the death penalty.
