Why does it seem every couple of months or so that we hear about a story similar to this... # of inmates escapes from Kay County Oklahoma Jail. Sounds like Kay County OK need to fix a problem so this doesn't happen every couple of months.

Who is going to pay for the moron that broke his legs? It will probably be stuck on us tax payers. But, I would have loved to seen that video on TV of his going over the wall and that sudden stop at the end.

STUPID PEOPLE. Why would you try and escape?? You always get caught, and than it just adds time to your previous sentence. Besides, even if you do get away, you have to move around, or even out of the country.. if only stupid people wouldnt do stupid things in the first place, than they wouldnt be spending time in a jail cell in the first place.
