i have played kandu before, and i dont like it. only because people can use the flash of cards to their advantage better than i can, giving them a huge advantage over me, so i would have to say that it is a game of skill, not just dumb luck

Is AG Six for real saying that people cannot memorize the cards in a 3 - 4 second flash. I have seen for first hand, people memorizing the cards and call out what the flop is going to be along with the turn and river cards. If he cannot believe this, then I think we need a new AG. Lets impeach him. Also how can he say that this is illegal when it has not been ruled as illegal in a court of law. I thought that this was America, where you are innocent until proven guilty. So why is he saying that anyone operating / playing KANDU will face criminal charges. I feel that he (AG Six) is making threats towards these people and should be held accountable for his statements for this is wrong. GO get him HIGHLANDS and take them to the cleaners. Then lets impeach him.

Its not gambling, I support the bar/poker room. Screw the system!

Who cares if it gambling or not...The only reason that the state says it is illegal is because it does not have a way to tax the transferred money. If the state could do that....then gambling would be legal...and for people saying that gambling is not christian, then they should remember that this country was founded on a idealogy of seperation of church and state

Kansas has tennis tourney's for amateur players that pay them a prize if they win enough matches. So that's gambling too?

If you bet on winning or losing, it's gambling.
