Bad idea having them here in the US. As much as we do not like Guantanamo Bay we need it. These guys have no right to be on US soil. I do not want them in my backyard! What can I say Obama...it is a bad idea.
and also, moving the detainees to the U. S. will automaticly give them all constitutional rights and guarentees.
