Any other medical doctor would be facing the consequences of breaking the law, but it is obvious that Tiller considers himself above the law and is determined to not submit himself to it. Instead he attempts to put others on trial to skirt around the truth and use media to spin the story. Because people are afraid to be deemed "anti-choice" he gets away with things no other "doctor" could do.
