The National Weather Service is investigating reports of a twister early Saturday morning near Burns in central Kansas.
Trees were uprooted and power poles were bent over by the force of the storm. The storm also took the roof of an outbuilding and threw it into a nearby building.
The Marion County Sheriff's Department says no injuries have been reported in the storm.
Trees and antennas were damaged in neighboring Chase County. No buildings appear damaged and no injuries have been reported. The damage may have been caused by straight-line winds.
