A Wichita man accused of kidnapping two children is formally charged.
Delvis Rodriguez-Pratts appeared before a judge Monday afternoon.
Police say Rodriguez abducted two children, ages 12 and 8 as they walked to school in southeast Wichita last Thursday. The two children were dropped off, unharmed.
Rodriguez-Pratts is charged with indecent liberties with a child, kidnapping, indecent solicitation and interfering with parental custody. His bond has been set at $75,000.
