A rally by Hawker Beechcraft machinists drew hundreds of workers this afternoon.

The rally was held near the plant in Southeast Wichita. Negotiations between the union and plane maker are entering their final days.

Machinists called the event a "rally for their future". The union expects to receive the company's final offer either Tuesday night or Wednesday.

A machinists spokesperson said the talks with the company have been a struggle, and there is much work to do.

Machinists are scheduled to vote on the contract Saturday.

To Workin Man - You are pretty judgmental about how 'most' of us are. That said, you must be a company spokesman - an errand boy with no substantial knowledge about aircraft.. and spelling for that matter.
