Sumner County authorities found a missing 9-year-old girl early Saturday morning.

Autumn Kreifels left her home around 5:30 Friday afternoon after an argument with her parents, authorities say. Crews were called out to begin searching for her about 6:30.

K-9 units and the WPD air patrol assisted in the search. About 12:30 Saturday morning, officials found Kreifels a quarter mile from her home in a combine. Authorities say she appeared to be fine.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse. No where in Kansas law does it state that you can not spank your children. Corpral punishment is allowed, you can not abuse you children. THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!

This is ridulious that little girl needs a good whooping! She has no business running off like that. She is not grown who do she think she is. I have 5 kids and you do want to whoop there butts butt its the LAW that keeps you from tearing there butts up. The law needs to be changed thats why these kids are the way they are. But Thank God she is safe!
