There are going to be people that are jealous of Mulvane and others that are going to benefit from Harrah's. This is going to be a big economic boost for this area.
Here ya go Dulvane."They've been told 'no' in every way possible and they're still trying to ram it own our throats," casino opponent Jackie Farnsworth said.
Kind of nice of the board to have meetings when most people were at work. Makes the supporters and detractors both silenced. Mulvane would have a lot more cooperation out here if for the past 30 years they had done a little like not showing up with the fire trucks to save the basement, maybe put a tornado siren out here. Oh wait, for the past 30 years we did not pay the taxes that Harrah's will. And the argument of people going into Mulvane. When the casino opens, there will be gas out here, most likly a grocery store, resurants. Never have to go to Mulvane again except to get to Derby Marketplace.
