  • Wichita Clinic Bethel

Physicians at Wichita Clinic Bethel in Newton report that allergies are in full swing. They recommend over the counter allergy medications such as Claritin or Zyrtec. If they don’t work to control symptoms, see your physician for more options.

  • Wichita Clinic Murdock

Wichita Clinic Murdock Immediate Care physicians are seeing a number of cases of rashes, poison ivy, minor injuries, small laceration, tick and insect bites and allergies as patients are more active outside. They also continue to see occasional strep throat, upper respiratory infections, pink eye and exacerbation of asthma.

  • Wichita Clinic Eberly Farm

Wichita Clinic Eberly Farm physicians are beginning to see a lot of children with swimmers ear. They recommend a few drops of alcohol in each ear.

  • Wichita Clinic Derby

Dr. Palacio (Pediatrics) in Derby has seen quite a few patients with tick bites. He recommends if you discover a tick on yourself or your child, gently pull off and remove the entire tick including the head. Contact your doctor if you cannot remove the tick, if a bull’s eye rash develops around the tick bite, or if you develop a fever or rash within two weeks after discovering the tick.
