A Wichita bicyclist, injured in a crash with an SUV, has died from his injuries.

41-year-old Kevin Keller died this week, nearly a month after he was injured.

Police officers were called to Central & McLean on June 12th. The driver of an SUV struck Keller's bicycle. Investigators determined the SUV driver had the green light at the intersection. Witnesses said Keller ignored the "Don't Walk" pedestrian traffic signs.

No charges will be filed against the SUV driver since investigators determined Keller was at fault in the accident.
