Arrests In Ark City School Buglaries Save Email Print

Adams, Francis Willard and Jefferson Elementary were broken into numerous times between May 9th and 11th. Stolen property included money and electronics.

During the course of the investigation, suspects were developed and later questioned. Brian Winters and Isaac Hutchinson, both 19 and from Arkansas City, were arrested on three counts of burglary, three counts of theft and three counts of criminal damage to property each.

Their bond was set at $17,000 each. Some of the items stolen have been recovered. There is still a third suspect officers are actively searching for.

Hope they get a harsh sentence. Not a slap on the hands. Damage to others property should be a stiff sentence.
