A story was run in the Arkansas City Traveler, about the high ozone levels in the area of one, of the proposed building sites of the over-polluting coal-burning powerplants, and I`m sure that Sunflower Electric, and all of our wonderful, greedy State Legislators, already knew this. With cleaner-energy,it`s not as easy to rape our pocket-bocket books.

I see it as a sunflower economic development. what do they have against wind power?what do they have for co2 emissions? must be some big money somewhere.
