Nearly a year after a deadly propane explosion a local man wants answers and a check to pay for all the damage.
An explosion at Global Propane last August torched Stan Olson's rental home and all the trees surrounding it. The gutted house still stands along Butler Road. Olson said he's tired of getting the run-around from Global's insurance company.
"It's been a nightmare," Olson said. "We can't get any response as far as getting our property recovered, the value, the value of the removal of trees and debris."
Olson filed a lawsuit Friday against Global for negligence and neglect. He's asking for damages in excess of $75,000. An attorney for Global's insurance company has not returned our calls.
