All Eyes On Wichita As BTK Suspect Heads Back To The Courtroom
May 2 - Dennis Rader is getting ready to go back to the courtroom. At Tuesday's arraignment we will find out whether the BTK suspect will stand trial for ten murders.

The national media is once again flocking to Wichita for the arraignment, and security is tight.

There are many changes outside the courthouse. Yellow ropes have been put up so the media does not block the normal flow of traffic in and out of the courthouse.

Even though Dennis Rader is only expected to be in the courtroom for a few minutes the Sheriff's Department has spent hours preparing security for the arraignment.

Dennis Rader will be wearing shackles from the jail to the courtroom. Then he'll change into a shock sleeve, which gives Rader more freedom, but can incapacitate him if necessary. Rader will also have the option of wearing a bullet proof vest.

Outside the courthouse, national networks, large newspapers and news magazines are all in Wichita for the arraignment.
