BTK Suspect To Enter Plea Tuesday

May 1 - Almost two weeks ago, BTK suspect Dennis Rader's attorney said his client would plea not guilty on Tuesday. When Rader is arraigned he will have three options, plead guilty, no contest or not guilty.

Legal experts say a plea of no contest is a roundabout way of pleading guilty without actually saying the words. Then it will be up to the judge to decide whether or not he's guilty.

A guilty plea would send the case to sentencing and a not guilty plea would send this to trial. Before that happens there will most likely be several motions filed. Those could range from motions on further evidence such as DNA testing procedure to possibly a motion to dismiss.
