A McConnell Air Force base sergeant is awaiting charges , accused of exposing sex partners to HIV at "swinging' parties.

The Air Force says 43 year-old Sgt. David Gutierrez was arrested August 9th. He's in a military jail until a first appearance in September.

Documents filed in federal court show Gutierrez contracted HIV while he was stationed in Italy, and that when he moved to Wichita he bragged to his wife about numerous sexual exploits in the Wichita area. Documents say it happened at swingers parties. The health department says it's working closely with the Air Force.

The court papers also list two victims from the Wichita area who say they met Gutierrez through web sites and then later had sex with him at swinger parties.
