it may be the least known arboretum in the state. Since the 1800's in the small community of Waterloo, a forest of history has grown and matured.
Today, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, John Riggs continues to use that forest for education and research. And to make sure he's doing what his grandfather would have wanted.
